My working career of twenty-five years has been filled with international commissions, expert- and manager commissions in both public and private sectors. As a supervisor and coach I have a vast expertise and knowledge in different organisations and fields of over ten years. My operating style is goal-directed and determined to strengthen the professional role of both the individual and team. My style of doing supervision and consulting has been filled with a systemic leadership theory and client centered approach. At the moment I am studying cognitive therapy, which excellently supports my earlier studies and gives me new tools for training.
